Add and remove billing group members

List of active members

Only the group manager can manage the users. To view the list of users currently in the group:

  1. First, sign up to create a Dilato account if you don't have one.
  2. Log in with the app.
  3. Go to the Settings

  4.  In the "Group billing" section, you'll find the list of members in your group

Adding a user

Before adding a user to the group, that user needs to have an account.

You can create their account here:

  1. Go to the Settings
  2. In the "Group billing" section, click the "+ Add user" button

  3. In the popover, enter the email address of the new member you wish to add to the group, then press "+".
  4. We will send them an email inviting them to become a member of the group. Invited users will become members of the group as soon as they accept the invite by clicking "Accept invitation" in the email.

Removing a user

  1. Go to the Settings
  2. In the member list, press the trash 🗑 button next to the member you wish to remove.

From that moment, you won't be charged for the user you have removed. And, on your next invoice, we will apply a credit for any unused time you may have paid upfront for that user.

A removed user will still be able to use Dilato, with the limitations of the free plan. You can always add them back to the group later. 🙂
