Add and remove billing group members
List of active members
Only the group manager can manage the users. To view the list of users currently in the group:
- First, sign up to create a Dilato account if you don't have one.
- Log in with the app.
- Go to the Settings
- In the "Group billing" section, you'll find the list of members in your group
Adding a user
Before adding a user to the group, that user needs to have an account.
You can create their account here: https://www.dilato.app/signup
- Go to the Settings
- In the "Group billing" section, click the "+ Add user" button
- In the popover, enter the email address of the new member you wish to add to the group, then press "+".
- We will send them an email inviting them to become a member of the group. Invited users will become members of the group as soon as they accept the invite by clicking "Accept invitation" in the email.
Removing a user
- Go to the Settings
- In the member list, press the trash 🗑 button next to the member you wish to remove.
From that moment, you won't be charged for the user you have removed. And, on your next invoice, we will apply a credit for any unused time you may have paid upfront for that user.
A removed user will still be able to use Dilato, with the limitations of the free plan. You can always add them back to the group later. 🙂
