Adding a Grid

A grid is a large block of choices.

Use a grid when you need to show a lot of items, like a list of symptoms, a list of treatments, or a list of work-up.

Unlike the multi-select dropdown, the grid stays open when filling the rest of the template

To add a grid to a template, use the grid toolbar button:

Click "Add choice" for more items in the list and type the text inside the option box. Use the "+" sign to add a column

All choices can be reordered using drag and drop.

When you make a note from a grid in a template, each selected choice will appear on a new line in the order you check them. Positives are always displayed before the choice you checked as negatives.
